This board is mind blowing for an inflatable race board! I cannot compare it to a rigid race paddle board but I used to have a older 11 ft fiberglass Hydrus touring paddle board . This board is much faster! I do have a 12' 6" Hydrus Paradise iSUP currently and the Elysium is much faster with a night and day difference! If you are looking for a space saving solution to upgrade your skills and go faster, I highly recommend the Elysium! I was worried about the stability at first but so far it has been a relatively smooth transition. It is a bit of an adjustment but it is a surprisingly stable racing isup for those with prior experience on a touring sup.

Feel the difference

10 years using ISUPs and finally i have a real one, you can feel the difference right away, the craftsmanship, details, etc. Hard board feeling, super rigid, great tracking and extremely stable, cuts on a dime

Elysium 5 stars!

Nice board. Quick inflation. Rigid for a 180 lbs person. Board is fast!!!!! You give up stability for speed and the board will teach you quickly. Don’t be afraid to fall and get back on. This is the board for someone who wants to grow into cruising and racing.
