Travel Pillow

I didn’t realise how much of a difference a good pillow would make until this trip. I took my Posture Form pillow with me to Nepal and honestly it was a lifesaver. Between long travel days, different hotel beds and big days on my feet, having something familiar and supportive made all the difference. No matter where I stayed, I knew I’d get a solid sleep. It really helped me switch off properly at night and actually recover, not just rest. I woke up without the usual stiffness in my neck and shoulders, which made such a difference when you’re out exploring all day. It’s one of those things you don’t think to prioritise when packing but now I wouldn’t travel without it. If sleep matters to you when you’re away (especially on active trips), this is 100% worth it.

Great shape, super comfortable and the height adjustment feature is genius for those of us with small frames!! This will be getting packed on all trips.
