OmniPillow™ | Travel

I really wanted to like this pillow but it had way too high of a loft even as an exclusive side sleeper. A lot of these types of memory foam pillows made by other companies make their pillows so you can remove the filling (or add more) to customize them to your exact liking - and most of these pillows are far cheaper than the OmniPillow. For $120+ for a single pillow, you would think they would give sleepers the ability to adjust the loft. Short of allowing customization they should at least sell different firmness levels - soft, medium, firm. It's kind of crazy that they take the approach that "one pillow fits all." What's even crazier is that I fell for the idea! Needless to say, I returned it. I'm only giving this pillow a 3-star rating because the customer service was decent during the return process. The pillow itself is nothing special.

We purchased a bed and pillows for ourselves and I love the fact that BBB will adjust as needed which they are so lofty that we will need to do . With this, it stemmed the idea to purchase the pillows for family members as a gift. They seem pleased. Admittedly, we’re a bit disappointed that the gifts came with 2 pillows AND 2 travel pillows…we travel often and would have loved to receive the travel pillows as well but very pleased our gift recipients received the added perk!

Omni pillow are the best. I have 6 sets in my house, so even our guests get to enjoy a good night sleep with them!! As for the travel pillow now we won't need to take our bedroom pillows with 5 star pillows
