Gunmetal Gray AF 1.75mm PCTG Filament Made in the USA!

The filament is great. The only issue is there is no profile for a Bambu Labs X2D. I modified the one for the P2S so it would work on my X2D printer. The only issue I have had is the filament is very runny at the start of the print but prints fine after that. It may be something with the profile.

PCTG is a grand favorite

The PCTG that American Filament produces has become one of my favorite filament blends. And the fact that is produced locally is a super plus.

Printed great out of the wrapping, perfect bed adhesion. No issues with layer adhesion, or warping, and didn’t even use a glue stick. This was used as the very first print on a new Bambu H2S with AMS, using the stock generic PCTG profile. It did get a little stringy after a couple of prints. The stringing started relatively soon, but a round of drying in the AMS took care of that. One of the rolls did have a piece broken on the spool, so I’ll have to transfer it to another roll to use it. If not for those two issues, I would have gladly given 5 stars.
