Used eBike

The bike is good and I've put about 500 miles in two months. Upon returning from a 44-mile ride on pedal assist 5, I still had one bar of energy left on the big battery (smaller battery was drained). The bracket that holds the front head light cracked from all of the vibration during off roading. I did purchase this bike used from the site and I'd wish it was advertised as a 2023/2024 model, which didn't have the same features as a 2024/2025 i.e. swipe key and 27Ah instead of 41Ah battery. Steve from customer service was wonderful and returned emails back. However, when I addressed the battery issue, he has not replied back to me to resolve the issue.
