UPDATE!! So after some digging I was able to contact them through their website which then I received a prompt response. It was all on me. I thought it was physical copies that were going to be mailed but it was email PDF delivery. So I messed up and their customer service was kind and helpful! Never received item!! Tried to contact them and they didn’t respond!!
