We researched gaming chairs before deciding on this one. It didn’t ship when we expected but the company reached out with other options that were available. We chose to wait for the one we purchased. It shipped & arrived when they said. It’s very good quality chair ! Instructions were great & easy to follow ! Very comfortable & worth the price!

This chair is by far the most comfortable one I have ever had. As a big person trying to find a good comfortable chair that's not super expensive is kinda tough but this one is worth it. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the piston on my chair goes down by itself now for some reason so I bought a replacement one. Other than that haven't a had any issues.
