It's a very large chair, and rather quiet which is nice, the head pillow it came with is also very nice and at least feels high quality. The only think I can really knock points off for is that it's not the most comfortable chair, not to say it's uncomfortable but it could be better for the price. Overall though, very happy with the purchase.
