After trying many Mag gels, I have found this to be the most effective. Use it on my lower body regularly, as I am a walking Trail builder by trade, and get a solid workout on legs and Buttocks. The bottle is quite big and this product will last quite a while. Sleeping with compression tights (eg 2XU) can also be good. If getting bad cramps, oral use of Arnica or bicarb soda can be effective. As well as occasional Ibuprofen "cures" (eg max dosage for 24hrs), after consulting with your GP.

Remedy for leg cramps

I have only been using the product for a few days so I cannot comment on its long term use and efficacy. The gel is easy to rub in and is absorbed quickly and has no smell which is good. I will continue to use it before going to bed hoping that my nocturnal leg cramps will disappear.
