I spray this onto my legs and feet at night before I go to bed. Definitely noticed a difference in how much my legs don’t ache as much and only been using for a week at this stage. Definitely recommend

Wonderful product

At last sleep in a spray!

This would be the best product I have used to help me go to sleep. Just a few sprays on my aching legs and the next thing I know it's morning. I am a terrible insomniac, have been for many years, now when I wake during the night I go straight back to sleep. I have used many products over the years looks like I have found the one for me at last.
