One of the buttons broke within seconds of opening the box. I immediately send an email with pictures and all. They replied a week later saying sorry but they can only give me a refund. I was bummed because they didn't offer to send it back so they can fix it. Im just going to fix it myself since I had been waiting for this bag for month since they didn't have it in stock.

Good pocket for keys wallet phone. Threw it on my basket bike easy to attach and super solid. Elastic came untied and closure is a bit… fiddly. Can’t beat the closeout price.

Swift Rando Pocket (closeouts)

Love these! I know there were complaints about the closure engineering and ability to open/close the pouch with one hand, but I made a couple mods that worked out well. I put a new longer shock cord through the eyelets and attached a new pinch clasp above the flap/eyelets so I could adjust tension based on the load. Then I put a string loop (really, just a simple loop) on the shock cord where it would catch the metal hook to secure the pocket closed. I can pull down on the string loop when the bag is loaded with one hand and pop the shock cord off the hook. Rehooking the shock cord on the fixed metal piece can be done with one hand by using the loop to guide the shock cord back to the hook. The little pockets are very well made and just the size I needed!
