Been trying to change the size on a Shoe the customer service do not contact you back at all. Just sent a basic email saying they’ll reach out to you. It’s been over a couple of months still no response not good service at all. Won’t be shopping there again.

These are not the quality shown. Came wrapped in bubble wrap in a plastic bag. Needless to say they looked beat up when they arrived. I asked to return because of poor quality and they wanted to see pictures before they would consider a return.

The buckle is broken and I’m returning the shoes.
