My order arrived promptly and was beautifully packaged. It makes such a lovely graduation gift and the personalisation adds an extra special touch. Will definitely be purchasing again in the future.

Approximately named

Packaging is elegant, especially the the leather tag with recipient's initial on the ribbon. However, I would have preferred the ability to personalize the recipient's full name on the padfolio with prefix even with increase in cost

It was literally perfect in every way. The only problem was customers want to open it to look inside to see what it looks like and make sure it’s perfect before giving the gift. As a result, the perfect bow is ruined. Maybe make the box so it can be opened without disturbing the ribbon (which was such a beautiful touch). They honestly loved it so much. Thank you!
