Customer service friendly but inadequate

Actually I have no idea about the product. I’m sure it’s good based on other reviews. It worked about 3 times and then would not charge and it has been more than 10 days without resolution. Although the response was very friendly, for unknown reasons they had to go back to the manufacturer, who has still not contacted, rather than allowing me to return it and exchange as required by law. I wouldn’t buy from Ry again. I regret it for a few dollars saving.

Easy to set up and use but a little uncomfortable on the bridge of the nose. Love that it is portable. Wish it had more than just red and near infrared light though.

All was and is excellent
