I have been using this as a foundation and had many people ask where my glow is from! A little goes a long way and is buildable if you want more coverage. Great for European summer trip!

GAME CHANGER
I bought the base primer about 2 months ago for the first time. It is now a daily essential so much so I look forward to applying it every morning.
