Good product, not great customer service

I've been purchasing sushi grade fish from Oceanside for a while and been happy with their product. However the last time I purchased fish from them, after I made the purchase the website prompts you to purchase more fish at a discounted price and you receive free shipping, so I selected more fish and added to the order. However when i received the email with my order information it did not include the additional purchase nor the free shipping. I immediately emailed within 10 minutes of placing the order and went through a few back and forth emails about the problem with their AI. When I was able to finally get a person they basically told me it was a known problem with their website and they wouldn't honor it, which was disappointing. Not sure if I'll change sushi companies but I'm at least going to look now.
