Left-over game changer

After a health crisis a couple of months ago, I have embraced investing in my family's healthier & safer plastic free future. Who knew that it would also dramatically improve how we cook, store and save food to be so much more practical and economical!? Little bit in love with the freezer moulds.

Batch cooking made easy

These freezer moulds have made it so easy to batch cook. With the sealed lid, I can leave the food in the mould, stack them up in the freezer and dispense straight from it. Or, once food is frozen, I can dispense it into a freezer safe glass container and mix and match the food (eg. 1 brick of meat mixture, 1 brick of cooked veggies, 1 brick of rice. The freezer moulds also make it so easy when I only want to heat up one serve. The only criticism is that there is a little spot on the lid that is perfect for writing what's in the moulds, but no marker is provided and I can't find information on the website about it. I use sticky tape that I've written the meal and date on but it doesn't always stick properly.

Very convenient

This freezer mould is so convenient to store my scrambled tofu in the freezer. I am single and cook ahead once a week and this mould safes so much space in the freezer - compared to multiple glass containers - and it is so easy to press the frozen contents out. I am very pleased with my purchase!
