Gut feels better. No bloating. I feel more peaceful and sleeping better. I am familiar with microgard plus and Aquada as my 50 year old son who has Autism takes everyday. It has saved his life. That and his gluten free diet.

So easy to incorporate. No digestive system issues, noticing better regulation and after 1 month I seem to have a better sense for satiety. It’s nice. Highly recommend for anyone sensitive to probiotics and looking for something to help the GI Biome.
