Static 2X4 Hanging Bracket for Steel Targets

Solid, versatile bracket for a modular steel target setup

I used this bracket with a standard 2×4 H-stand and hung a variety of targets from it: 4" AR500 round plates (3/8"), 6" round plates (1/2"), and an 8" silhouette. During testing it took hits from 5.56, 300 Blackout, 9mm, and 6.5 Creedmoor. The bracket held securely on the lumber the entire time and felt solid and well made. It’s sized just right so the hook easily fits different targets without feeling cramped. The exposed portion took plenty of splash and likely a few direct hits and held up well. Overall this feels like part of an elegant, affordable modular steel target system. I’d definitely buy it again.

Great hanger

We just received these for use at club shoots. The fit and finish is perfect and they do what they are supposed to do. We will purchase. More as needed!
