I LOVE MY KNIVES!

I Purchased, my Misono slicer knife, so that I could trim and cut brisket that I smoked in my brand new smoker. This is my first purchase from Japanese chefs knives however, my son who is 22 years old and has purchased several. We have always been pleased. I received even received my shipment prior to receiving my Macys shipment or my clothing shipment both which were here in the states… go figure? I highly recommend Japanese chefs knives, and have always been pleased. Thank you for delivering great products. Nothing like a good knife
