The band where the lights glow is very small its not all the way around the neck it's just a small section of it. So you choose whether you prefer the lights facing you or facing people coming towards you. Additionally the app that goes along with it doesn't work the best. When you type out the words some letters will blank out. For $50 i would have expected a little more. However it is bright and looks very pretty in the night. Just make sure to charge it!

I really love how bright and bold these collars are! I am really excited about being able to change the message whenever it is necessary. Typing text is very straightforward as are the preloaded images. I do wish that the instructions were clearer and more detailed as to how to really get the most from the collar. I also think a QR code linked to a tutorial video would be extremely helpful. My other minor complaint is that when registering for the app, the code is emailed in Chinese characters I had to download the Chinese translator pack to my phone to read the email. I teally like the construction of the collar and look forward to my dogs wearing it. It just has a bit of a learning curve ti the programming.

Hard to understand the directions. Still it is a hit and miss on using it. Fun however!!!! Directions need to be larger. Can’t read the info
