The products: The aged balsamic is exquisite. It is perfect by itself on a salad. Mixed with their oils, like garlic or italian herb, oh my, it is heaven. I am now getting into the fruit vinegars, blueberry and strawberry. Again, these make a salad so exotic. Served over ice cream even better. I am also experimenting with them in dofferent cocktails and mocktails. The service: above and beyond perfect. Very patient and informative.
