Scenic Mountain Sencha | Green Tea

An amazing cup of tea especially for the price. It has the characteristic seaweed/umami aroma, and a sweetness that offsets it. Some Senchas at this price point can get more hay flavored, but this tea leans into the vegetal and leafy green (cabbage, spinach) flavor notes. It has a slightly brothy texture that leaves a happy coating in the mouth, but doesn’t leave a sour or astringent feeling. This tea is seriously a perfect morning/daily drinking brew.
