My husband and I love this toothpaste! It has noticabley whitened our (60+year old) teeth. The fresh taste is just right- fresh, but not shocking. I just read the part about "use every other day". We have been using it for about a year now every day and have had no problems with sensitivity even though before using this toothpaste I had sensitive teeth for several years. We believe it has strengthened our teeth and recently my dentist told me, "Keep doing what you are doing, your teeth are beautiful!" We also like that we can get it in glass jars. The regular flavor is good too, but we like the charcoal one best.
