HORRIBLE customer service with returns

First order was too small. Rockport does NOT ALLOW EXCHANGES, so requested a return and in the meantime, had to purchase another pair. Lost the original discount coupon and had to pay more for the 2nd pair. Had to deal with the separate shipping company for return- still pending credit card refund "10 days to refund". STILL WAITING TO RECEIVE THE NEW PAIR OF BOOTS.... NEVER AGAIN will I order from Rockport. I will stick to ZAPPOS and companies that understand when you order shoes online instead of in person, sometimes they don't fit when you receive them and you need to exchange.... Rockport makes that TOO HARD...
