Copper River Coho Salmon

Sena Sea Coho Salmon

Nothing beats Sena Sea Copper River King Salmon, but their Coho is a more affordable salmon that is almost as good. It is a little more mild than King, but the filets are nice and thick. You can even cook it in the microwave at low power (20%). It takes a while to cook, but with a little lemon broth, it never dries out and you get great consistency in cooking it. It is truly a delight.

Quickly received the shipment and was well packed on ice and dry ice. Have cooked it twice and others as well as me find it a tremendous quality, flavor, texture and color salmon. Recommended-A!
