Steaks - Limited Edition

Wish i could give it ZERO stars. The images of the watch you see in online ads and their website are clear and bright and vibrant. They actual watch i received was a joke. The image on the watch face was so dark that you couldnt even see it when it was on your wrist. The promise of a colorful image was not even close. When I asked for a full refund, they initially offered that they would give me a 20% refund and I could keep the watch. I declined, since the watch looked bad, and requested full refund. They provided me a random address in California to return it to, saying it was their “secure US warehouse facility” (theyre a chinese company), but when i looked it up, it was just to a random apartment. They also refused to pay for my return shipping, so that cost was on me. I sent it anyways and just got a notification that my item was being returned to sender because the “forwarding address is no longer valid.” Still working on getting all money spent back.

Product quality was subpar. I was completely disappointed upon products arrival.

Very different than advertised. Background is not bright enough and very hard to see, especially when light is shining on the very reflective glass. Major issue when people are buying this watch for the graphic/art
