The bike is nice and appears well built. Smooth ride and the pulse pro in the soft blue/white is eye caching.
The bike arrived with a rear brake that was not functioning. I had to take it in and have a brake bleed done with no help from EMMO. Customer service at EMMO is disappointing. Had a shipping delay because a suspension seat post was back ordered and the brake issue and customer service was not responsive on either issue.
Bike is good but customer service needs some work.
