Awesome e-bike !!! It did arrive with two (2) deep scratches… and some of the welded areas are somewhat rough. Overall… I am happy with my purchase . My only wish is that it had a card key or fob to turn it on. A great ebike !!!

The bike arrived quick and in good shape. everything was packed nicely. Be aware you may need to go help the delivery guy/gal getting the bike out of the truck due to the weight. Bike was easy to put together. I did have a little issue with the rear brake but was easily resolved by adding some oil to the brake system. Customer service was responsive to inquiries. which is helpful! This is a BIG and heavy bike. Frames looks very sturdy and have a nice thick rear rack. Bike rides great! Powerful and smooth. Be nice to have an adjustable rear shock due to the weight of bike. Overall, I would recommend this bike to anyone who dont mind the weight and size and taller than 5 6".

The bike arrived quick and in good shape. There is one thing I wish was on the bike, it needs a key to disable the bike when not in use. It is kind of inconvenient to take the battery with you. Thanks. Bart.
