Great results

Hadn't used this yeast before but heard good things about it. I added a pack to my order of ingredients for a neipa. It arrived room temperature but otherwise ok. The data on the pkg indicated it was around 4 months old so I made a 2-step starter prior to pitching on brew day. It took off reasonably quick and fermented down to expected FG. The neipa is absolutely delicious!! I think this will become my go-to yeast for this style going forward. Great yeast!!
