Issues with harness fit and bowtie size & color

The harness is beautiful with his matching leash, but it doesn’t fit correctly, it pushes on Jean-Paul’s tracheae😩. I don’t understand, you made it perfectly to size. I think the issue may be his breed, Chinese Cresteds are built very thin and frail. I propose I return this harness and you make a new one? I tried putting the abdomen section around his neck. I like that it allows his crest (like a horses mane) to show better when he wears the harness. It certainly doesn’t push on his trachea. What do you think? The bow ties were supposed to be 2 blue and 1 red, to go with a red leash. The one I ordered from you previously has been too large for him to wear. I requested these two be smaller, but they are significantly larger. The first one ordered in February is 3.5” x 2 1/8”. The two new ones are 4.5” x 2 3/4”. My first attempt to email you today gave the option to send photos, but after taking the photos my entire form disappeared. This newly typed does not give me a chance to submit photos.

Great quality but…

Like the quality of the harness and its effectiveness. But the neck measurement does not allow for thick curly ears nor hair that continues to grow and needs to be groomed every 6 weeks. Had to buy a second one in larger size to accommodate cockapoo features.

I have a Shiba Inu and she lets me know if she doesn’t like her harness. She has not complained at all, it does look comfortable. Most importantly it does not slip over her head. We love it and would consider another just for the color.. It however does slip around on her body somewhat, is this normal??
