If you are new to kiln ownership as I am, please consider this kiln. 1. Purchase it here, the team are really human people who care! I was amazed by the help I got choosing a set up that would fit me. 2. The kiln is so easy to use. It has pre set programs so it is basically a plug and play item. 3. I'd recommend getting the WiFi extension, it's perfect to follow what's happening. 4. Size wise it came with 3 shelves which is perfect for a few mugs and a few bigger items such as small platters and sculptures

Really pleased with the Kiln and the service provided by Kiln Crafts. Really well made kiln which looks fantastic and was delivered with appropriate packing to protect it on its journey. Tried a test with the furniture in it and all worked really well. The manual explaining how to use the controller is, in my opinion, terrible and it took ages for us to work out how to use the kiln, especially with a timed delay. My only other comment would be the height of the pillars used to separate the shelves, as they are really short so not suitable for taller objects. Luckily we already had some taller ones. I would definitely recommend the kiln as it appears to be really top quality, you can use it on the normal household electric supply, and you can easily move it around on the casters. Just a lot of initial frustration in getting it working, even with a wife who has used her school kiln many times.
