Definitely better than the stock XR+ footpad. The shape and grip tape make for a better riding experience but the installation felt a bit rough. The holes didn't feel like they were correctly aligned with the rails and I ended up having to screw them in what felt a bit diagonally. They definitely help a bit with fatigue but not quite as much as I had expected. That being said the feel of the ride overall is significantly improved.
