Feeding Rats to Stop the Invasion. . .

It’s taken a bit of time (2-ish years), but it seems that the rat population is finally dwindling. There are a handful of big-enough-to-saddle rats still hanging around the coop, but not the dozens we saw last season! It’s going to be an ongoing battle, especially since there’s a canal behind our acreage, thick palmettos in one neighbor’s yard, and fruit trees in the other neighbor’s yard… Wishing I didn’t have to spend a fortune “feeding the rats”, and this expense is why I’ve decided to end my chicken-tending after 15 years, and when the chickens are all gone, going to burn down the coop!

It seems to be starting to work. I haven’t seen any babies or young rats in a few weeks. The older generation is getting huge; this bait must be very nutritious…. And customer service has been flawless.
