Significantly helps with the fitting on my pointe shoes. It helps fill the space near the side of my feet and top of the shoe making a snug fit. The material is soft and comfy. I ordered a 4 since I have a 4 box and its working out great

Instant Wings are great. Nice and cushy. Put them in my Suffolks and don't need toe pads. Can feel the floor without all the hardness on top of the toes. Highly recommend. Ordered the #3 for a N width Suffolk Stellar. Fits nicely. Make sure the cloth side is facing your foot.
