Gaynor Minden Adult Convertible Tight

So comfy, but not as much coverage as I hoped...

I picked these up to compare with my Silky Dance tights I got a couple years ago, as both appear to be 70 denier (though I could find no mention of that on the Gaynor Minden packaging). The GM tights don't seem quite as thick as Silky Dance and don't give as much coverage. They have a small, bright pink logo tag on the back of the waist and a white size tag on the inside that had to be cut off to be comfortable. There's more of a seam around the opening of the feet than in other brands, but it didn't bother me during class. The best thing about these tights is how comfortable they are (minus the tag); almost don't feel them on my legs. But I sized up! I should fit squarely in a medium (waist 27, hip 37) but I bought a large and it's a perfect fit-- in fact, I would consider sizing up again to find more coverage, as this material becomes considerably more sheer where it stretches. Because of that, I'll stick with Silky Dance in the future, since coverage is my goal.

These are my dancer's go to essential for every day use and performances. She loves how soft and comfortable.
