Uncareful UPS handling

Sooo, as they are mites and thus tiny and multiple stages were in the sachet, I'm hoping some made it safe enough and are busy devouring the spider mites. I can see the attention and care on FGMN's side; however, UPS delivered the box with significant dents in two sides and the ice insert was actually warmer than the outside air.
