gfJules Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix

My 7 year old celiac has been gluten free the last 3 years and she said this tasted like a gluten pizza. The crust has a lot of flavor with the herbs in it too! I found I had the same results using both the traditional and no rise instructions, and both ways were good. We are now testing freezing the baked crust for easy dinner nights in the future.

I sent an email asking for help as my crust tasted great, but I had a hard time cutting it. You gave me great advice and this last time (I followed the directions) it was absolutely fabulous. Thank you.

The dough had great flavor and a nice texture. The next batch I make I want to see if I can spread the dough a little better so it's a bit thinner, but it was really yummy!! Thanks Jules! Beth R
