This has been a terrible experience. I ordered this product the first or second week of December and I just received it earlier this week in the first month of March. I get that December is busy but I emailed multiple times asking for updates and was blown off by the customer service, probably 5 different times. I have bought multiple products from you guys but this will probably be the last one I ever buy. Very bummed out.
