Hendrix Midi Dress - Charcoal

The stitching on the sides is uneven, I’ve emailed and received no response. Very disappointing

Isend an email but I haven’t received a reply. The stitching was so bad!!! The dress is completely twisted , one side twists forward the other side twists backwards, and the embroidery at the front has one side bigger than the other one. I had to take it to a tailor shop to try fix it. They had to cut it short to try fix the sides and had to adjust the front embroidery. I’m pretty unhappy with the quality given the price of the dress . I had bought another one in the past and I didn’t have any issue. Same dress just the short version. I’m also quite disappointed nobody replied to my email .
