Cocoa Cardigan

Poor quality

recently purchased a cardigan from Bella Boheme and unfortunately my experience with the garment itself was disappointing, although the customer service was excellent. When the cardigan first arrived, it was still sealed in the manufacturer’s packaging and had a fault in the hemming. I contacted Caroline, who was incredibly helpful and promptly provided a return label. The faulty cardigan was returned the same day, and a replacement was shipped out immediately, which I greatly appreciated. However, when I went to wear the replacement cardigan the following day, I noticed that the stitching on the left sleeve appeared to be coming undone. I chose not to contact the store again as it wasn’t a major issue for me, but it was disappointing to find a second quality defect. While I cannot fault the customer service and the way the issue was handled, I do feel the quality of the cardigan does not reflect its price point. Bella Boheme’s customer care was outstanding, but I hope greater attention is given to quality control in the future. I still do recommend the store itself, just not the cardigan.

Absolutely love this cardigan its so comfortable to wear & looks so stunning on, received so many compliments. A few of my girls have purchased as well.
