As for the product, it is a gift, so I can only comment that in the box everything looks okay. As for shipping, there was a huge delay, where the box was in Belgium for 3 days and then stuck in Paris for over 6 days just to name 2 of the several locations it was held at waiting for FedEx shipping. The shipping was so delayed it did not arrive on time for Christmas. I would adjust manufacturing times to 15 to 20 days and shipping times to 10 to 15 days a better estimate so packages arrive on time.
