The metal artwork is great, but the surprise of getting a billing invoice for $28.50 from Fedex was shocking and dishonest. I was never given this information while purchasing this item and I think that is deceitful and a poor way of doing business. You need to let consumers know if there are extra fees or whatever associated with a purchase and not have them blindsided two weeks after the delivery. You need to change your website information to reflect changing circumstances in the shipping and billing process. Fedex advised I owed this amount because you selected not to pay it. This situation leaves me feeling conned and suspicious of dealing with companies like yours.
