Great Humidor

My husband loves his humidor. The staff at E Bar was so helpful and took the time to make sure we got the color stain on our cabinet that we wanted and gave us great suggestions to make it perfect!! Communication was A+! It’s a great addition to our home bar:)

Great Humidor - Retailer Needs Help

I will do this review in two parts, the humidor and then The Elegant Bar. This humidor is very well made and receives Five Stars for construction, quality of build and functionality. I purchased the LED lights which work great, and are on a rheostat so the light can be adjusted. I also purchased the Humidi-fresh humidification device which works great too. The unit is very well sealed and holds the set humidity perfectly. I am fortunate to be able to keep it in a room that can maintain 70 degrees, so the temp and humidity work together perfectly. All of the cigars in the unit are in perfect smoking condition. I rate The Elegant Bar with Three Stars. The reason being that during the construction process, I never heard from them once. The only follow up was done by me with phone calls to Ben to check the progress of the unit. I did receive shipping info once it became available and I was able to track the unit from Florida to my home. I never heard from Elegant after the unit was delivered to see how I liked it etc. The only communication I received after the unit arrived was the opportunity to do this review. As someone who spent 25+ years in retail my review of Elegant is based on my direct interaction with them. They can do better. That being said, I would still do business with them in the future, and I hope they will take my remarks as a learning opportunity.
