Great Leash with traffic handle

The 6 ft. Leash with a traffic handle (just a loop like on the end but close to the attachment point of the leash and collar) works really well for a walk, and when you have to cross a busy road, the traffic handle gives you an extra security measure for waiting to cross and then moving quickly with your dog.

Great leash that matches harness, but received downgraded version

I was recommended 2 Hounds harnesses by an animal behaviorist, and I've used it and the leash for over a year. They are great quality, and I love the reflective design so I can be seen early morning/ late night especially in winter. I wanted to get a fresh and new harness to replace the old one. The harness I received on this 2nd order was just as great as the prior one I ordered. For some reason, the new leash I ordered doesn't have the adjustable handle as described on the website - and it's a super wide open loop. I worry that my dog could slip away. Customer service was easy to message so hoping this will be resolved easily.
