Why, you may ask? Well.. I put my new Cowbell mini in my Crocus after following the pre-watering steps and went for a bicycle ride. When I got home, I didn't feel great. I didn't feel good. I felt pretty not-good. I checked my heart rate monitor - 208bpm. After calling 911 and a quick trip to the hospital, two weeks stay and the proud owner of a pacemaker-defibrillator. I had friend checking on my place during this time for deliveries, mail, and to check on the plants. He didn't have to water the Crocus once in the two-week period. "I got a fever, and the only cure, is more Cow-Bell" I'm back home now, feeling better and the Crocus is still doing just fine. It's a finicky plant about watering, but looks good

I have to say it is very surprising how these work! Recently bought some small cowbells and cannot believe how much water the plant actually needed. Usually watered once a week, but the plants seem to be taking more in. Very pleased. Thanks
