I currently have a bi-weekly subscription, and while the idea and convenience are great, the overall experience has been inconsistent. On a regular basis, about 5 –10% of the flowers arrive either wilted or already dead. This isn’t due to delivery timing, I work from home and bring them in immediately, so it seems to be a quality issue prior to arrival. When the flowers are fresh, they look great, but that inconsistency makes it hard to rely on. Another concern is the lack of variety in the vases. I’ve received the same vase multiple times within just a few deliveries, which takes away from the uniqueness you’d expect from a subscription service. Lastly, each delivery includes a card, but it’s almost always blank or has only one or two words. It feels like a missed opportunity to add a thoughtful touch or meaningful detail to the experience. Overall, I like the concept and convenience, but the quality control and attention to detail need improvement to justify the subscription.

I recently sent flowers to relatives and they loved them. My first experience wasn't good, but Urbanstealms has really redeemed itself this time around. The flowers arrived in perfect condition and were beautiful and fresh.
