Beautiful Flowers/Flawed Delivery

The flowers I ordered for an anniversary gift arrived three days late. It was embarrassing. I was given a credit, which I suppose is gracious, although it must be used for another purchase. I will continue to be a customer because I was assured that the flowers were beautiful, but was disappointed.

Delivered right on time!

Timed delivery so the buds would be open for Mother's Day a few days after delivery. So far 9 or 10 peony buds open or in the process. Great packaging and the rose glass case is very attractive. Full featured website. Liked not only being able to personalize the gift card but also able to generate a teaser email alerting the recipient to incoming gift.

If I ordered them again as a gift, I will put them in a vase and let them start to open before I present them. I have to say my wife was laughing at me when I presented the box to her, and she opened it and saw basically a wad of I don’t know what.
