There was an issue where the knife I ordered for my 13 year old daughters birthday wasn't going to make it to CO for me to send it to her in time. A customer service rep emailed me stating they could sent the knife without the sheath engraving or it would take longer, no problem I just wanted to get it for her birthday-they sent it to KY where she lives wrapped it in birthday paper. While this was going on I flew out to KY and it made this a great birthday. there was a lot of issues with the shipping timing and where it was going but they handled it amazingly. I will always look here first for any knife I need due to how they made my daughters birthday. I am used to a 20 something who only cares about pokemon or how electric cars save the world as customer service reps, Georgian blades has the right individuals in the right places within their company and for that I am grateful.
