Bought this for my boyfriend as an anniversary present and he loved it! Beautiful work

I really like the knife, Communication is poor

I really like the knife. It's fairly smooth action and seems to be decent build quality for the price. Well done. The company is not very good with communication. The website says items typically ship in three days or so. Two weeks later I was still trying to get a hold of the company.. It took four emails for them to finally respond and that was after threatening to simply cancel the order with my credit card company because I thought it was fraud. Obviously the company is not fraud but they do need to get better about communication because I had no idea what the status was of the order after multiple attempts.
